Can Grow Text Box in Report

I have created an employee evaluation report that has two
Text Boxes in it. They are based on memo fields. The
amount of data in the fields will vary from employee to
employee. Some may have only a couple of lines while
others may have 75 lines. Is there a way to have the text
boxes expand when there is a large amount of data or am I
limited to the size I set on the report?

No, you are not limited to the text box "as drawn". Open the Properties
sheet for that particular text box and look for the Can Grow and Can Shrink
properties. Set them both to 'Yes'.
