can excel dial a phonenumber from a cell

Hi,

I'm trying to make excel dial a phonenumber from a cell.
Does anyone know if it is possible.

Does it need special scripting, and if so how do I write
or find a script that can help me?

I've tried the script, but I get a "can't start
dialer.exe" when I try to execute it. The dialer works,
with other apps, so I guess that's not the problem?

Any suggestions?
