Hi,

I am running MS Word 2002. I want to save a document such that when it is
viewed on another persons computer, there is none of the green or red
underlining of words (it doesnt have errors its just the way its layed
out!). Is there a setting that allows one to turn off all such green/red
underlining of a document so that it opens on the recipient PC with none.

Tools | Options | Spelling and Grammar: check the boxes for "Hide spelling
errors in this document" and "Hide grammar errors in this document"
