can conditional formulas be used in or with pivot tables

Need help with creating conditional formulas to i.d. records that have
certain accounts that appear more than once, but have different revenue and
values. So, the idea is to ONLY COUNT the items once and INCLUDING their
respective revenue and value.
 
Hi,

You cannot use advanced formulas within a Pivot Table - the way to ge
answers like that is to use formulas next to the pivot table tha
extract the data you require and run a pivot from that data.
