Does Powerpoint Integrate with other other non-microsft packages easily i,e,
lotus smartsuite?

Is powerpoint versatile enough to play on any computer whether or not they
have power point installed on their hard drive?

Can powerpoint allow quick and easy access to certain slideshow pages in
order to update them?

I would really appreciate if someone could answer these questions
comprehensively. I am a student and I am unable to find the answers to these
questions on the website. You can email the answers to me at

PowerPoint integrates with Microsoft office products. You can insert other
information as images. You can copy text and images from PDF files.

Yes, they need only to install the free PowerPoint viewer. See here for
download:

Yes, when in normal mode (vs. show mode when you are actually giving the
presentation) you can scroll to a desired slide then edit. Remember - editing
is made much easier if you create your presentation from a master template.

"Integrate" is a pretty broad term. You can certainly have both Office and
SmartSuite on a single computer w/o them getting tangled up in one another's
hair.

Otherwise they're pretty much oblivious of one another's existence.

Did you have any specifics in mind?

No, but there are free viewers that anyone with a PC can download and use to
view PowerPoint presentations. It can also export presentations as web pages,
so anyone with a browser can see the presentation in some form or other, though
not necessarily in "full fidelity"

Yes. Open the presentation in PowerPoint, go to the page you want, change it,
save, done.
