Can Access Repeat the first few fields on each page?

We are creating a report that has way too many fields of data than will fit
on a 8 1/2 x 14 legal paper (even with shrinking down to the smallest
readable font). As a result there is a field of information that prints all
by itself on a 2nd page when printing the report. The problem is that we
have to put both legal sheets side by side and line them up to see what the
information is for.

The first 4 fields of information would be static for each record so it
would be ideal if there was a way to have the first 4 fields of information
print on the 2nd page before the extra field(s) that don't fit.

Is this possible in Microsoft Access?

Put the first 4 fields into the Page Header section of the report instead of
the Detail section. The Page Header section prints at the top of every page.

The problem with that is that we don't want it at the top of each and every
page. If it is only a two page report that works. However our report is 50
pages currently and growing. 25 of those pages are completely filled across
and 25 of those pages have only the one extra field of information. Does
this make sense?

Not completely. It sounds like your fields are "spilling over" horizontally,
not vertically (which was my assumption). Is that correct? If so, this means
that your fields have exceeded the boundaries of the page on the right side.
You'll need to reformat your report to fix this, as it's not really Access
that's causing it, it's the printer.

If that's not what's happening, you'll need to give more details.
