can Access 2002 database files be opened with Access 2000?

Can Access 2002 database files be opened with Access 2000? How can I do it?
I have a network between 2 PC. The one has Acces 2000 and the other one has
Access 2002. I cannot open theese files in network. Help me please!

If a file has been converted to an ACCESS 2002 file format, then you cannot
open it with ACCESS 2000. Convert the ACCESSS 2002 file back to an ACCESS
2000 file; then it can be opened by either program. Do this by Tools |
Database Utilities menu.
