Can a snapshot report be loaded to web?

Sorry, not really an Access question but ....
My users save their Access reports in snapshot format. Does anyone know if
this format can be displayed on the web?

Yes it can be, provided the user has downloaded the Snapshot viewer and
installed in on their machine. Since this is often not likely, you're
better off to have them print the reports to PDF files.

How can an access report be printed to a PDF file?

You need to install a PDF printer driver on your machine. There are myriads
of them available for less than the price of Acrobat itself. Some good ones
are:

Zeon DocuCom PDF Printer (www.pdfwizard.com)
PDF X-Change http://www.docu-track.com
Win2PDF www.daneprairie.com

And there's always the free Cutepdf driver. (but its not automateable)
