I want to create rules based on emails from specific domain names not just
email boxes. Can anyone advise if this is [possible and if so how it's done?

Thanks

yes. Just type the domain in the address field in microsoft.com format - no
wildcards.

Hi Diane,

Thanks for that quick response but what you have suggested does not appear
to work. Perhaps I have done something wrong? I have put both
"@micrsoft.com" and "microsoft.com" in the address field when attempting to
create and/or modify the rule. The first has no impact and the second is
disallowed by Outlook. Any suggestions? We are running Outlook 2003 on
Exchange.
