Can a link in a Web presentation open in a new window?

I have links to pages on the Net in a PowerPoint presentation. They open a
new window when clicked from the presentation run in PowerPoint. If I save
the presentation as a Web page, the links do not open in a new window. I
want to know how to have the links open in a new window in the Web
presentation.

I think you'd have to manually edit the HTML.
