call was rejected by callee

I have a program that goes onto web pages and extracts information off
the page and puts it in a speadsheet in excel. However, from time to
time I get the following error message: "call was rejected by callee"
does any one know how to over come this. I have already tried this:

To fix the registry:

1. Use Regedit to navigate to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\OLE.

2. Double-click the EnableDCOM Value Name, a sting (REG_SZ) data type,
and set the data value to Y, even if it is already set to Y.

3. Press OK.

4. Shutdown and restart your computer.

I am using windows xp pro and this seem to have no effect on the
problem.

The problem might have nothing to do with your PC. The architectur
sounds like your PC is accessing a server and then the web page, o
just going directly to the web.

This could be an issue with the server that you are trying to connec
to (DCOM). The server might have its security tightened down too much
