calender

I have a data entry form which have four text boxes where
the users can enter information.

For example.

Patient Name:

Birthday:

Address:

Visite Day:

Users want that whenever they click on "Visite Day" box,
the calender will popup so that they can select a day
instead of typing it.

Please show me how to do it.

Thank you
Loi

Well I've never used a calendar before in Access, but I did some searching and found a few links
which may help.

This one looks interesting and there appears to be some detailed instructions included on the site:

http://www.lebans.com/monthcalendar.htm

You can use the Calendar ActiveX Control that ships with your Access program. You'll find it under
your ActiveX Controls list. To help you see how this works I suggest you go to Arvin Meyer's site
and download a couple of his sample databases that demonstrate how to use the calendar.

If that doesn't work I would suggest this one:

http://www.lebans.com/monthcalendar.htm

You may also want to check Tony Toews' site which lists many calendar options including using forms
and even an API solution. You can find that here:

http://www.granite.ab.ca/access/calendars.htm

You may also want to consider this one:

You could also read this Microsoft KB article for some help:

I recently stumbled across this one:

Here's another one of interest:

If that one gives you trouble you may want to try this one:

http://www.lebans.com/monthcalendar.htm

The Access Developer's Handbook has a form-based one included with the book/CD:
http://www.developershandbook.com

I've also heard some good things about this one:
http://www.lebans.com/monthcalendar.htm

And last, but not least I would try this one:

If you have problems, post back.
I think I may be able to help you set up this one:
