calender reminders for delegates

Hey everyone, is it possible for those who you have
delegated permission to your calender to get a reminder as
well as the primary. We would like for everyone to share
the calender and get reminders as a group. Is there a
better way or solution to this problem. We are using
Exchange 2000 and outlook 2002.

No, the best solution if you need reminders is for each person to put the appointment in their own Calendar.
