Calender problem

Outlook xp professional
Cannot figure out how to view my calender in different styles, all I have is
one style. how do I restore/find the little tabs that alter the calender
views. It is so frustrating
 
Turn on the Advanced Toolbars - are you looking for the Current View window?

Can you try to explain what you mean by "little tabs?" Which view are you
in?
