How do I enter data on a downloadable calendar?
since no one here can possibly know which calendar you've
downloaded, I don't think you'll get any answer more useful
than: print it out and use a pencil.

Give us more information (such as the URL where you got it
and the version of Word) and someone might be able to give
you better advice :-)

Right. Thanks. Actually the truth is that I couldn't enter data on any
calendar I tried to download. Perhaps my question should have been, "Where
can I find a free downloadable, writeable calendar?"

If no one jumps in on this, you might try posting a new
message :-) If people notice something has been answered,
there's a tendency to just skip right by without reading
further messages in a message thread.

FWIW, I use Outlook calendars, generally, so have never had
the need to d/l one. You might try mousetrax. Dian Chapman
used to put calendar tools up there...
