Calendar View

I want to be able to blend more then one calendar together in outlook 2003.
When I open a shared calendar from Exchange I am able to see both mine and
the shared calendar in what outlook calls Side-by-side view. What I want is
the option to see both my calendar and shared calendars in the same view,
not a side-by-side view but a blended view of my calendar and the shared
calendar. Is there a 3rd party application that will allow blending
calendars in Outlook 2003?
