Calendar 'view' option - "Show recurring appointments in color."

It would be nice to have some options in the "View" menu, in the Outlook
Calendar, that would alow me to show recurring appointments highlighted. Most
of my recurring appointments are reminders to pay bills and I'd like them to
stand out more against the rest of list.

Thanks - Will Allen

The option already exists in Outlook 2002 and 2003.

Well Milly, I appreciate your response, but after furious head scratching it
would be better to know where it exists rather than knowing just that it
exists.

Please reply. Thanks.

Right click an appointment, select Automatic formatting, edit the labels to
apply to your appointment, set common criteria under the option and hit
okay.
