On Outlook Calendar, how can I have the present week always on top on the
view by month? What this will do is always show me four weeks AHEAD and no
weeks behind even if it shows the next month partially. Very useful feature.

What you are asking for is a "this week and the next 3 weeks" view which is
not possible in current versions of Outlook.

Just want to register my frustration with this limitation too. I've been using outlook for many years, and it is a constant frustration..
