calendar update problems

Lately, every time I allow an update for Outlook my appointments are changed
from "all day events" to events with start and end times, and they usually
span more days than they originally did. Any ideas how this can be
stopped..!!!

Do you have any odd time zone issues (like your OS & Outlook time zones
don't match)?
