Calendar - Sunday - full pane as the FIRST day of the week

Make it look like a conventional calendar. Many times I have been a day off
because of the combining of Sunday with Saturday.

Sunday is the first day of the week. I have put Sat/Sun at the beginning of
the week to prevent the 1-day shift problem, but this messes up the weekend
view.

Right click in an empty calendar section - select other settings. Uncheck
Compress Weekend Days.
