Calendar start and end time display

My calendar in outlook 2003 shows 24 hrs of time (12am to 12am) in the 1 day
and 5 day work week view. In the options, I set the start and end time to
8am to 7pm. Is it possible to make outlook adjust the window such that it
displays the time range i set instead of a full days worth?

Outlook "colors" the times of the day that are work hours but leaves the
rest for scheduling non-work related activities such as movies, dinner,
vacations, etc.
