Calendar Reminders and Bold Dates not working consistently

Co-worker uses Outlook 2000 on Windows XP Pro SP2 and he has a problem with
his calendar reminders not working on occasion (sometimes they work and
sometimes they don't). Also his 'bold dates' will disappear without warning.
We've tried all the commands (i.e., /clean reminders, etc.) with no luck. If
he restarts Outlook they will come back, for a period of time. Then stop
working again. There seems to be no rhyme or reason as to when they'll
disappear. He's missed some appointments because of this and is very
frustrated. Could someone please help us!? He is the only one in the office
having this problem.

If you have already tried the clean reminder command to no avail then I
would check the profile itself. Actually you can just create a new profile
and see if the same issue is still occurring.
