I have 2 questions... 1) I installed Calendar Printing Wizard for an Outlook
2007 user; however, the program errors out when trying to run it. The
software does work on my machine and another user's machine. Is anyone else
having this problem? 2) I am receiving duplicate appointments for a shared
calendar in the Calendar Printing Wizard. I did make sure that I was only
showing 1 calendar.

"Calendar Printing Assistanct has encountered a problem and needs to close.
We are sorry for the inconvenience." I left the user a VM so that I could
check his Event Log for a more descriptive error.

The event log states, "EventType clr20r3, P1 cpao.exe, P2 12.0.6212.1000, P3
46da1b40, P4 mscorlib, P5 2.0.0.0, P6 461eee3d, P7 ee0, P8 7, P9
n3ctrye2kn3c34sgl4zqyrbfte4m13nb, P10 NIL."

Here is my error message for the same problem:
EventType : clr20r3 P1 : cpao.exe P2 : 12.0.6212.1000 P3 :
46da1b40
P4 : cpao P5 : 1.0.0.0 P6 : 46da1b40 P7 : 45bb P8 : 3e
P9 : system.invalidcastexception

The solution is to create a new Windows profile.

While you may not, the IT personnel can do this for you, you should
contact them for assistance in this problem.
