Calendar printing

Since changing to Outlook 2007 I have been unable to figure out why my
banners will not print completely. When I print a calendar it only prints the
banners for the initial week but doesn't print the banner if it's longer than
a week or if the event banner goes beyond a weekend. I never had this issue
with the older version.

Several people have noted that and I don't recall seeing definitive answers.
