Calendar Printing Question

Herschel Jones (Boral Industries)

My apologies if this has been answered in a previous thread. I have a user
who prints his daily calendar and uses it as a day planner. He is wondering
why the notes section at the bottom of an appointment do not print in the
notes section on the printed copy. I cannot find anything in the options to
enable or disable this feature. Any thoughts?

In a Calender printout the Notes section is a blank space for you to use a
pen to scribble notes. It's not the Notes section of any of the meetings in
the Calendar.
