calendar printing errors

Hi All,
I work in a LAN environment, and have tryed to print a
poster sized monthly training calendar. Although I have
tryed using 'day/week/month with autopreview', as well as
changing font sizes, the poster sized print out is blank.

What I need is a simple large poster with a listing of the
multiple course offerings showing in each day. (On a 36" x
48" poster there is ample room for up to 10 appointments
per day)

Your wise suggestions are greatly appreciated!
 
Outlook's printing capabilities are somewhat limited, depending on who you
talk to.

For most folks, using a Word template to export your calendar data into and
then printing from it is a popular solution.
