The Calendar Printing Assistant is a great complimentary application to
Outlook, but it has a couple of bugs that I thought that I would post.
1. Cannot set the margins for the page. The bottom margin of my calendars
are cut-off when printing to my Lexmark All-In-One printers. I would like to
adjust the bottom margin to compensate for this issue. I guess I could try a
custom page size or different printer.
2. I checked the option to drop end times in the preferences, but it only
worked for the current week. All other weeks in the month calendar had start
and end times with a slightly larger font. This only happened when I
unchecked the Tasks so I was only displaying the calendar. I am using the
standard month with weeks 01 letter template.
3. Some recurring appointments don't show up. I tried deleting them from
my calendar and adding them again, but it does not show up.
These are just a few things I have noticed using this application.
Hopefully they can be fixed in the next update of the program.
