Calendar on desktop

Is there anyway to have a calendar on your descktop? We are running
exchange and I want my calendat to be on the desktop where I can just
click on it for easy access.

First off, thanks for the reply. I wnat it to work just like a
shortcut.

Create a shortcut that uses a command line like this:
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office11\Outlook.EXE" Outlook:Calendar

Verify the location of Outlook.EXE since I just typed that from a caffeine
deprived memory.
