Calendar not updated on Server

Outlook XP has recently been installed on my computer, and we have an
Exchange server. We all had Schedule + as our calendar before the change. I
am one of the few who have Outlook. Many still have Schedule +. As I was
setting up my Calendar, Outlook stated it wanted to save my calendar to a
..PST file, which I did. I have been told that Outlook automatically shares
my calendar on the server, but no one can access my calendar, even though I
have assigned them as "delegates". We also have OWA, but OWA's calendar is
not being updated.
Is there a way to verify if I have all my settings correctly? Are there
directions for ensuring all my data, including the calendar, is being updated
on the server?

Thank you!

You can't use a PST file for delivery if you want to store your data on the
server & have it available for sharing. Even if you don't use a PST file for
delivery, you can't share the data. You need to connect directly to the
Exchange mailbox and keep all your data there. I'm not sure why you were
asked to create a PST file, but clean up your mail profile so it has only
the Exchange server & Outlook Address Book in it, and select/copy items from
any PST files to the appropriate folders in your mailbox. Then close the PST
files so they aren't in your folder list anymore.

After that, your calendar should be accessible to any Outlook user who has
sufficient permissions on it. OWA
users would need to open another window - e.g.,
http://server/exchange/yourname/calendar.
I don't know how Schedule+ will fit into this - everyone really should be on
Outlook or OWA.

Thank you! Could you provide some "walk-through" on cleaning up my mail
profile as you described? When I look into my address book, I have entries
in my Global Address List, Personal Address Book, and "Contacts", but my
Outlook Address Book has no entries.
Thank you for your help!

Your Outlook Address Book does have an entry and it's "Contacts". That's
the way it should appear.

In addition to Brian's reply - you don't want or need a Personal Address
Book (PAB file) anymore. Import/copy your files from the PAB file to your
Outlook Contacts folder, and remove the PAB file from your address books.
