Calendar Limitation

I am trying to locate a system to keep track of 100 individual calendars over
a 3 day period. I would like to have access to those calendars/schedules over
that period from one location.

Will Outlook handle this volume of calendars.

Do you have Exchange?
You need some method to share/access them.
Some alternatives to Exchange can be found here but those applications might
have their own limitations.
