Is there a Calendar feature in Windows XP? If not, what
calendar program online would you recommend?

If you don't count the calendar that shows up when you double click on the
time in the taskbar, there is no calendar program in XP. There's plenty of
third party alternatives to choose from. Personally, I use the calendar in
Outlook.
