Calendar Headings/Other Calendars

This has been asked before, but I've seen no answers. I have an admin that
has 11 other calendars besides her own and when she opens another shared
calendar, the name doesn't display on the top and it does not get added to
her other calendars in the navigation pane. Any ideas. (Outlook 2003)

create a calendar in outlook that the entire office staff has access to.
