Calendar Error

J

Jan Groshan

Outlook 2007 - When it loads, I get a "balloon" in the lower right corner
that says: There was a problem reading one or more of your reminders. Some
reminders may not appear." and when I open the calendar, the lower portion
where tasks would appear reads: "The operation failed. An object could not
be found." Does anyone have an idea how I can correct this problem ? Did
some file get deleted that I can copy from another computer and put on this
one ?

N

Nikki Peterson

First I would try the ".../CleanReminders" switch

In your 1st message you state, "Did some file get deleted that I can
copy from another computer and put on this one?"

Did you change something?

Perusing this issue I have found that it could be a PST issue.
Try this:

- Close Outlook
- Open your CONTROL PANEL (Start Menu)
- Select the MAIL applet (If you use VISTA select the
Classic View to see the MAIL applet)
- Click the DATA FILES... button

Do you see tow data files (PST's) named the same?

Nikki

Yes, several times, but no errors were found !
