Calendar Control on a Form

I curently have an a form I want to place a calendar on it to search a range
of a date field (DateModifed) in a table. I was hoping to create to 2 Text
Boxes on the form where you would enter the date range of the DateModified
field you are searching for (e.g. 01/01/2005, 06/01/2005) via the calendar
control. Once selected the entries would appear in the text boxes. What
type of query would be needed? The Field name in the table is one
(DateModified). Thanks!
