Calendar conflicts/Daylight Savings Time

When my laptop adjusts to daylight savings time, my Outlook appointments
shift to 1-hour later that is correct. Example: 8 a.m. meeting shifts to 9
a.m. meeting.

How do I correct this?

I'm running Win XP Pro, and Office 2003.

Make sure both your Windows clock DST and your Outlook Calendar DST settings
agree. It appears you have one set and not the other.
