Calculte time

I'm trying to make a query between Arrival time and Recieved time,
formula below.

ResponceTime: [Arrival]-[Recieved]


And this is what I get. .3888888888889
How do I set the formula so I get hour and minute format (1.15)
I have a medium time format with an input mask of 99/99/00;;_

(BTW, the Input Mask does nothing useful.)
