Calculator

I can't keep the scientific calculator as a default. If I open the
Calculator I have to choose the option of Scientific Calculator each time.
Is there a way to set SC as a default?
 
Calculator normally does "remember" the view it was last in when you open
it, so you must have some other problem.
Try uninstalling it and reinstalling before looking any deeper.
