Calculating Time over days

I am trying to calculate hours since I last worked in a daily log. Th
issue I have is if there is a day off in between, I need it to go t
the previous day totaling the Hours Off. (File Attached)
Any and all suggestions appreciated.

I looked at NETWORKDAYS. This looks more like it is to calculate day
not hours. To better explain what I was looking for is, I am trying t
add up how many hours I have had off from the last day worked until
am on duty again. The issue I have is if I have a day or more off
need to calculate thos hours also to total the entire amount of time
was off.
