Calculating Percentage

Being a total noob, I have a simple question.

How do I calculate what percentage of 22,554 is 60???

I know how to do it with a calculator easily, but it seems a bit harder with
the formulas. I've tried and tried using percent rank, but maybe that's not
what I need to be using, or maybe I'm just doing something wrong.

In cell A1 type: =60/22554
Format that cell via: 'Format' > 'cells' > 'Number' as 'Percentage'.
