Calculating Percentage per entry in field

I have set up an inspection sheet and have a table with Inspection Items
listed in one field. Each Inspection has 26 items and one crew leader. I need
to know how to show (in a report) the overall score that each crew leader got
on each question. I thought a cross tab query would work because I like the
format of Crew Leader along the right side and Inspection item along the top.
With the center being the percentage score.
I am relatively new to access and may need specific steps.

Use the wizard to build a crosstab query and select average instead of total.
