Calculating Elapsed Time

What expression do I use to calculate elapsed time
including only business days (Mon-Fri)? Very important
for my database: measuring productivity for a given
transaction represented by a record.

While it's mentioned in the Help file, it's an Excel function, and doesn't
work in Access without some contortions.
