Calculating a monthly average

I have weekly data for several years and would like to calculate the average
by month by year. Can this be done in Access?

Yes. Yuo can group on computed expression:

SELECT ...
FROM ...
GROUP BY Year(DateTimeStamp), Month(DateTimeStamp)
