Calculating a form

I created a form in word, and I need it to calculate verticaly, I used radio
buttons and it need it to caluculate the buttons that are selected for the
vertical.
Is there any way to do this? (besides inserting an excel form)

Which Word version?
How do you propose to calculate a button?
Radio buttons are normally mutually exclusive - you check one, the others
are unchecked.
ActiveX controls do not mix well with Word form fields so it might be better
if you explained exactly what it is that you are trying to achieve?
