Calculated Fields

Am using Office 2000 and have to create a report and have
to use a calculated field showing:

If the UNITSINSTOCK is greater than or equal to the
REORDERLEVEL then the REORDERAMOUNT is zero. Otherwise the
REORDERAMOUNT is equal to the REORDERLEVEL - UNITSINSTOCK

What happens if there is no REORDERAMOUNT field in the
PRODUCTS table?

I've added a text box called REORDERAMOUNT and in the
properties for that box I attempted to create the
calculated field but couldn't get it to work.

Any ideas?

Place the calculation in a query and use that in your forms and reports:
ReorderAmount:iff(REORDERLEVEL - UNITSINSTOCK > 0 ,REORDERLEVEL -
UNITSINSTOCK ,0)

Place the calculation in a query and use that in your forms and reports:
ReorderAmount:iff(REORDERLEVEL - UNITSINSTOCK > 0 ,REORDERLEVEL -
UNITSINSTOCK ,0)

small typo - IIF not IFF.
