Calculated Field

I am calculating point totals for people outside of PowerPoint. Can I insert
a field into PowerPoint that would display the calculation?

If you had it in Excel, you could copy the data from Excel then Edit, Paste
Special, Link to put it in PPT.

Every time you open the PPT, it'll update (or offer to) the info.
