Calculate vacation days remaining from date of employment

I'm setting up an Attendance Tracking worksheet. I need to track vacation
days remaining from the date of employment, not January 1.

Any suggestions?

Here's a suggestion. Give us more information such as the data, how it is
laid out, what designates vacation, etc.
