Calculate the number of Saturdays or Sundays between 2 dates?

Anyone have a formula that will calculate the number of Saturdays or Sundays
between 2 dates? Thanx!
 
Hi!

One way:

A1 = start date
A2 = end date

=SUMPRODUCT(--(WEEKDAY(ROW(INDIRECT(A1&":"&A2)),2)>5))
