Calculate the difference between two percentages

I wonder if your question is a bit more complex than it appears.

60% - 50% results in an answer of 10%. Quite simple and straight forward.

Have you got all the cells formatted as percentage?

If the above is not what you are trying to do then post an example of what
you want to do including the the formula you are using and the answer you are
getting.

From 50 to 60 is a 20% increase.

From 60 to 50 is a 16.6666% decrease

Is that what you mean?
