CACLS for network shares?

CACLS allows you to change file/folder permissions from the command
line.

Does a similar tool exist that does the same on network share
permissions (i.e. a command line replacement for the "Sharing" tab's
Permissions button, instead of for the Security tab)?

I don't have a 2K machine to verify this morning, but 2K3 has a /grant
switch associated with the net share command to set permissions.
