I've a two workstations that lost all their cached names of email addresses.
Is there any way to restore the file back so that they have their history of
email addresses? Does anyone know why the cached names will reset back and
start all over again?

Usually means the cache file (NK2 file) got set to read only, or the profile
is corrupt.

Is the the outlook profile or the windows profile that got corrupt?
Everything else is ok so do I need to fix anything or did it autofix itself?
The names seem to be building up again.

Outlook profile. If new entries are being stored, then you have nothing to
fix.
